Outcomes
- Project Stakeholder Analysis – AT, DE, BG, FI, NL and TR analysed in detail the project stakeholders, how they could supported the project success and sustainabile use of results and channels to reach the stakeholders and involved them in the project activities. The stakeholder analysis documents from all countries were combined into one single project stakeholder analysis.
- Needs Analysis Country Reports – each partner involved in the needs analysis phase presented the needs and requirements for adaptation in a short country report based on the findings from a questionnaire and interview phase.
- Training Programme for VET teachers/trainers – the programme is available in the partner countries (AT, DE, BG, FI, NL, TR) and contains the curricilum, learning materials, trainer guidelines and further learning resources as well as publications for tackling early school leavers in initial VET.
- Dissemination and exploitation activities – The STAY IN team realized several dissemination and exploitation activities, such as a project brochure, a project poster and newsletters, amongst other activities. Each project partner organised at least one round table and invite stakeholders and potential users of the project output to present the available results. A final exploitation conference gathered potential users of the outputs.
